Blue / Amber 
This is an early Coplite Rear Deck Lamp, made from (2) Grote 6403 PAR46 Lamps w/ Internal Flasher mounted on a Shop Made Rear Deck Shelf Bracket. The Grote 6403 lamps are powdercoated black. 
These lights were used by the LAPD and a number of other California police agencies in the early 1980s. 
This setup was made in the early days of Coplite before switching to the more streamlined IPF made Coplite units. 
This is one of only a small inventory of these made or in existence today.
Hard to find - Ultra Rare
This particular one was a demo unit used in sales displays for Coplite.
