Comes complete with full original wiring harness. 
The Tesla AZD 501 controls the siren and beacon options. The control box / siren is in excellent cosmetic and working condition. 
The ARS 560 beacon and siren speaker is also on great condition. The blue dome is in beautiful highly translucent condition 9/10. The speaker housing is also in great shape. 
This unit would mount directly to the roof of a vehicle. This particular one came off of a Czech Fire Truck and was kept indoors all it's life, the present condition reflects this.
These were used on Fire Trucks, Police Cars and Ambulances in Poland, Soviet Union, Czechoslovakia,  and other Soviet controlled countries. 
This unit is very hard to find especially here in the USA.
